Cancellations
You must cancel your appointment at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. If you cancel with less than this time frame, you will be charged for the full consultation as if you had attended the appointment, even if you don't show up. If you reschedule the appointment, you will be charged a percentage of the fee.

Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointment, for free, if the rescheduling is at least 72 hours in advance of the original meeting time. If the meeting takes place less than that time frame, clients will be charged 25% of the total consultation price at the time of rescheduling. 
 
Refunds
You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours in advance.

No-refund policy
A "no refund policy" for our consultations means that once you pay for, and virtually attend, a consultation with an academic and/ or writing advisor, you will not be able to receive a refund for the service, even if you decide you no longer want the consultation or are unhappy with the advice provided; essentially, you are paying for access to our expertise, regardless of the outcome or if you choose to utilize all the information provided. 
 
The average time for our service team to issue a refund can vary depending on the specific policy and the reason for the refund, but generally, you can expect to receive a refund within 1-4 weeks of requesting it.
